For custom itineraries, because they are more involved and take a lot of research and planning, I offer an initial complimentary consultation of up to 30 minutes to discuss your travel ideas, preferences, and goals. This gives me an opportunity to explore your vision, answer questions, and determine if custom travel planning is the right fit for your journey.
 

If you decide to move forward and would like me to begin researching, designing, and coordinating your custom itinerary, a non-refundable Custom Travel Planning Fee of $150 per couple applies. Because custom vacations often require extensive research, supplier coordination, itinerary development, and personalized recommendations, this fee allows me to dedicate the time and expertise needed to create a travel experience tailored specifically to you.  The planning fee is payable before research and itinerary development begin.
